5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• A copy of the order confirmation must be included

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Swimwear (including Swim, Swim Tops, Swimsuit Bottoms, and More Swim categories)
• Sports Bras and Shop All Bras (if hygiene tags have been removed)

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.

5.4 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for size or style within the 15-day window. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
