Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Pack securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchange Processing

  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Swimwear (including Swim, Swim Tops, Swimsuit Bottoms, and More Swim categories)
  • Sports Bras and Shop All Bras (if hygiene tags have been removed)
