Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, please:
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Pack securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or return authorization email

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchange Processing
- Exchanges are processed once we receive your return
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Swimwear (Swim, Swim Tops, Swimsuit Bottoms, More Swim categories)
- Sports Bras and Shop All Bras (if hygiene tags have been removed)
